Adan Mohamed Nooru is a Kenyan politician who has represented Mandera North across decades of Kenyan politics. He was first elected to Parliament in 1983 during the one-party era under the Kenya African National Union (KANU), later serving as an assistant minister in the KANU government. He returned to Parliament in 2013 as MP for Mandera North on a United Republican Party ticket, sitting in the 11th Parliament on the Budget and Appropriations and Departmental Committees. He has also served as a member of the East African Legislative Assembly.
