Agnes Mantaine Pareyio is a Kenyan politician and longtime Maasai women's rights and anti-female genital cutting activist. She founded and directs the Tasaru Ntomonok Rescue Center for Girls, an organisation campaigning against female genital mutilation, and was named UN Person of the Year in 2005 for this work. In 2022 she became the first woman elected MP for Narok North Constituency, representing the Jubilee Party in the 13th Parliament, where she serves on the National Cohesion and Equal Opportunity and Social Protection Committees.
