Amos Mūhinga Kīmunya is a Kenyan politician who represented Kipipiri Constituency across the 9th and 12th Parliaments, first elected under NARC and later under the Jubilee Party. He served as Minister of Lands and Settlement before becoming Minister of Finance in 2006, resigning in July 2008 amid the Grand Regency Hotel scandal, and later served as Minister of Trade. In the 12th Parliament he chaired a Departmental Committee and sat on the Constitution and House Business Committees before becoming Majority Leader of the National Assembly under the Jubilee Party, replacing Aden Duale in that role. In 2019 he earned a PhD in Business Administration from the United States International University in Nairobi.
