Arthur Kinyanjui Magugu was a Kenyan politician who represented Githunguri Constituency in two separate stretches, from 1969 to 1992 and again from 2002 to 2007, the latter recorded in the 9th Parliament under KANU. He served as Kenya's Minister for Finance from 1982 to 1988. Earlier in life he was a beneficiary of the 1959 Kennedy Airlift, which sent young East Africans to study in the United States.
