Kubai Cyprian Iringo is a Kenyan politician and diplomat who represented Igembe Central Constituency in Meru County, first elected on an Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) ticket in the 11th Parliament and re-elected under the Jubilee Party for the 12th Parliament, where he chaired the Constituencies Development Committee. In the 11th Parliament he served on the Finance, Planning and Trade Committee and spoke 462 times on the floor of the House. In December 2013, ODM threatened to expel him, alongside fellow MP Mpuru Aburi, for expressing willingness to work with the incoming Jubilee Coalition government. He received the Shujaa Parliamentarian Award in 2015 for championing citizens' interests in health matters, and was appointed Kenya's ambassador to Somalia in October 2023.
