Francis Nyamu Kagwima is a Kenyan politician who served as Member of Parliament for Tharaka Constituency from 1988 to 1997 and was re-elected for the 2002 to 2007 term, sitting in the 9th Parliament on a FORD-Asili ticket during an era of multiparty transition in Kenyan politics. He went on to become the second deputy governor of Tharaka Nithi County, elected on a Jubilee Party ticket as running mate to Onesmus Muthomi Njuki, marking a transition from national legislative office decades earlier to county executive leadership following the creation of devolved county government.
