Francis Mwanzia Nyenze was a Kenyan politician who served as Member of Parliament for Kitui West Constituency from 1997 to 2002 and again from 2013 to 2017, sitting in the 11th Parliament on a Wiper Democratic Movement ticket during his later term. He served as Minister for Environment from 1997 to 2001 and Minister for Heritage and Sports from 2001 to 2002, and later served as Leader of Minority in the National Assembly during the 11th Parliament from 2013 to 2017. He died at The Nairobi Hospital after a long battle with colon cancer.
