Godfrey Gitahi Kariuki, known as GG Kariuki, was a Kenyan politician who entered elective politics at independence in 1963. He served as Senator for Laikipia County in the 11th Parliament from 2013 until his death on 30 June 2017, and was one of the only Kenyan politicians to serve under four presidents. He previously served several terms as Member of Parliament for Laikipia West Constituency, sitting in the 9th Parliament on a NARC ticket, and served as a government minister under both Presidents Jomo Kenyatta and Daniel arap Moi.
