Grace Jelagat Kimoi Kipchoim was a Kenyan politician who represented Baringo South Constituency in the National Assembly, sitting in the 11th Parliament on a United Republican Party ticket and later the 12th Parliament under the Jubilee Party as a coalition member of the Jubilee Alliance. She won her seat while ill, campaigning with limited mobility, narrowly defeating challenger Charles Kamuren of KANU by 9,299 votes to 8,905. Rumours of her death circulated on social media in early 2018, which she publicly denied as detractors' attempts to tarnish her name, before she died of cancer on 20 April 2018 while under treatment at Nairobi Hospital.
