Joseph Samal Lomwa is a Kenyan politician representing Isiolo North Constituency as a Member of the National Assembly. He first won the seat in 2013 on a United Republican Party (URP) ticket, succeeding Mohammed Kuti, and served on the Public Works, Roads and Transport Committee during the 11th Parliament.
