Julius Kibiwott Melly is a Kenyan politician who has represented Tinderet Constituency in the National Assembly since 2013, re-elected in 2017 and 2022 and now serving his third term, having moved from the United Republican Party to the Jubilee Party and then to the United Democratic Alliance (UDA) across successive elections. Before entering politics, he was principal of Meteitei Boys Secondary School.
