Boniface Kinoti Gatobu is a Kenyan politician who represented Buuri Constituency in the National Assembly during the 11th Parliament, having won the seat as an independent candidate in the 2013 general election. Running without the backing of a major political party, he secured Buuri's representation in the House through direct appeal to voters rather than party machinery, a path shared by a number of independent legislators elected that year. His single term in Parliament placed him among the constituency representatives shaping the early years of Kenya's devolved constitutional order following the 2010 constitution.
