Kivutha Kibwana is a Kenyan politician, legal scholar, and human rights activist who represented Makueni Constituency in the National Assembly under the National Rainbow Coalition (NARC). He served in the Kenyan Cabinet as Minister for Defence and later as Minister for Environment, and was also an advisor to President Mwai Kibaki.
