Mohamed Huka Adan was a Kenyan politician who represented Mandera South Constituency in the National Assembly during the 11th Parliament, elected on a United Republican Party (URP) ticket with the backing of the Jubilee Coalition. In the House he served on the Committee on Education, Research and Technology and was an active participant in floor debate, speaking 63 times during the 11th Assembly. He died in March 2019 from an undisclosed illness, ending a single term marked by consistent parliamentary engagement on education policy for Mandera South constituents.
