Norman M.G.K. Nyagah is a Kenyan politician, the son of Jeremiah Nyagah and brother of former presidential candidate Joseph Nyagah, who built a parliamentary career spanning a decade in the National Assembly. He represented Gachoka Constituency from 1997 to 2002 before moving to represent Kamukunji Constituency from 2002 to 2007 under the National Rainbow Coalition (NARC), during which he also served as chief whip in Parliament. Ahead of the 2007 general election he lost the ruling Party of National Unity's nomination contest to Simon Mbugua and subsequently defected to The Independent Party of Kenya (TIP), a small party led by Kalembe Ndile, bringing his time in national politics to a turbulent close.
