Oscar Kipchumba Sudi is a Kenyan politician who has represented Kapseret constituency in Uasin Gishu County in the National Assembly since 2013. He was first elected in the 11th Parliament under the United Republican Party, retained the seat in the 12th Parliament on a Jubilee Party ticket, and won a third term in the 13th Parliament under the United Democratic Alliance (UDA). He is widely known as one of President William Ruto's closest political allies, a relationship that has shaped much of his public profile.
