Esther Muthoni Passaris, OGW (Order of the Grand Warrior), is a Kenyan politician, social entrepreneur and philanthropist who has served as the Woman Representative for Nairobi City County since 2017. She was first elected in the 12th Parliament and re-elected in the 13th Parliament, both times on the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) ticket.
