Peter Kalerwa Salasya, popularly known as PK, is a Kenyan politician who has represented Mumias East constituency in Kakamega County in the National Assembly since the 2022 general election, on the Democratic Action Party-Kenya (DAP-K) ticket. Before entering politics he worked in the banking sector and as a tutor. In the 13th Parliament he sits on the Members Service and Facilities and Parliamentary Broadcasting and Library committees. He is known for his grassroots-style campaigning and his vocal push to revive the Mumias Sugar Company, though his time in office has also been marked by controversy over assault and hate speech allegations against him.
