Roba Sharu Duba is a Kenyan politician who represented Moyale constituency in the National Assembly during the 11th Parliament, elected in 2013 on the United Democratic Forum ticket. Before entering politics he had a long career in local government administration, serving as Chief Executive Officer of the Local Authorities Provident Fund and as town clerk in Moyale, Kilifi, Mombasa and Nairobi, resigning from that service to contest the Moyale parliamentary seat. As a legislator he focused heavily on security and inter-communal peacebuilding, particularly within Moyale, an area that has long grappled with cross-border and ethnic tensions.
