Robinson Njeru Githae is a Kenyan politician who represented Ndia constituency in the National Assembly following the 2002 general election, aligned with the Party of National Unity. He held several assistant ministerial posts, covering justice, transport, and local government, before being elevated to full minister for Nairobi Metropolitan and later for finance. President Uhuru Kenyatta appointed him Kenya's ambassador to the United States on 14 August 2014, a posting he held before being transferred to Vienna in May 2019 to serve as ambassador to Austria, a role he continues to hold. His career thus moved from a single term in the National Assembly into an extended run of cabinet and diplomatic postings.
