Roselinda Soipan Tuya is a Kenyan politician who represented Narok County as Woman Representative in the National Assembly across the 11th and 12th Parliaments, first elected on the United Republican Party ticket and later on the Jubilee Party ticket. During her time in the 11th Parliament she served on the Departmental and Select committees. She later moved from Parliament into the executive, serving as Cabinet Secretary for Environment, Climate Change and Forestry before being sworn in as Cabinet Secretary for Defence by President William Ruto on 8 August 2024, a position she continues to hold.
