Shukran Hussein Gure is a Kenyan politician who served as the Woman Representative for Garissa County in the National Assembly, elected in March 2013 on the Wiper Democratic Movement-Kenya ticket during the 11th Parliament. She hails from the Auliyahan subdivision of the Somali Ogaden Darod clan, an ethnic identity that has shaped her standing within her home county. Her single term in office made her one of the early cohort of women representatives elected under Kenya's 2010 constitutional framework, representing Garissa's interests in the National Assembly.
