Wanjiku Muhia is a Kenyan politician who made history as the first female representative for Nyandarua County, serving as Woman Representative from 2013 to 2017 in the 11th Parliament on The National Alliance ticket. She went on to serve as a regional Member of Parliament in the 4th East African Legislative Assembly from 2018 to 2022, before returning to national politics by winning the Kipipiri constituency seat in the 2022 general election on the United Democratic Alliance (UDA) ticket, defeating incumbent Amos Kimunya. In the 13th Parliament she chairs the Regional Integration Committee and also sits on the Joint Select and Select committees, drawing on her earlier East African Community experience.
